The Certificate in General Management will provide all the necessary skills and knowledge to enable you to function effectively in a supervisory role. As a result, you will not only understand the different responsibilities taken on by a manager but will also develop confidence in your ability to implement those responsibilities and therefore contribute successfully to the management process. By the end of the course you will have acquired skills and expertise related to:
- managing change
- decision making
- strategic planning
- project management
- statistical analysis of data
- personnel issues
Either of the following:
Grade B or above in IGCSE English and grade C or above in IGCSE Mathematics
Mature candidates without IGCSE in Mathematics and English but with 2 years continuous work experience in a relevant field.
Employees aspiring to supervisory positions within an organisation.
Length: One and a half years
Format: 9 modules, a project of 6000 words and work-based experience
